FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

My device does not heat, radiators do not heat up.
- Power may be cut from your device: Fuses and electrical systems should be checked. Ensure the device is supplied power.
- Temperature may be set to low value: Thermostat temperature should be risen.
- Radiator valves might not have been opened. Valve should be checked and system air should be discharged if there is any in the installation by loosening air relief valves on the radiators. Heating of radiator can be ensure by this method.
- Check the fuel, fuel may be out.
- Installation valve of the device may be closed. Check the valves.

There is a scent of waste gas.
- There may be problems or leaks on your chimney system. Turn off the device and ventilate the environment, then check chimney connections.
- There may be leakage from hatches or the top plate. Turn off the device and ventilate the environment, then check seals, gaskets and other isolation elements.

The device stops before reaching the set temperature.
- Safety or utility thermostat may be faulty and should be replaced.
- Digital Thermostat may be faulty and it must be replaced.

What should I do for fuel economy?
- Keep the room temperature stable at 21°C. Decreasing the temperature by 1°C delivers approximately 10% fuel economy.

I have a stoker boiler. Unburned coal is discharged although the boiler operated normally. What should I do?
- Your boiler requires maintenance. It must be cleaned.

How long is the warranty period of your boilers?
- All of our products have 2 years warranty.

What is covered by the warranty?
- The products are covered for all faults which are not caused by the user and are within the frame defined by the user manual of the product.
- The warranty is nullified in case the product is used with closed expansion.

Are boiler maintenances covered by the warranty?
- Boiler maintenances are not covered by the warranty. Maintenance is a paid service.

What is maintenance period of your products?
- Annual maintenance is sufficient f your device works properly

Are we obliged to resort to the authorized service for maintenance?
- You can perform maintenance yourself, but a healthy maintenance can only be done by our services.

How much is the boiler maintenance fee?
- The maintenance for this year is 50 TL + VAT

What is the reason for smoke discharge from the stoker in stoker boilers?
- The smoke finds its way out through the stoker if boiler smoke pipes are clogged up by fly ash.
- The boiler must be cleaned. No malfunction or problem is caused by the device.
